Do not confuse the datum with the units with which coordinates are
expressed. The datum says where the zero points of latitude and
longitude are located, along with details about the location of
other reference points relative to zero and about elevations. The
units can, as you see, but expressed as decimal degrees,
degrees-minutes-second, and other ways; for any datum.
Set MapSource by Edit > Preferences > Position to the WGS 84 datum
and to decimal degrees (hdd.ddddd). Then its coordinates will
transfer nicely to USAPhotoMaps.
MapSource can translate, too. Set a waypoint with one choice, make
another choice in Preferences, and open the waypoint to get the new
numbers.
