Two identical receiver will not like behave identically even when
they share a common antenna. The reason is that they are not synced
in any way, but perform within their specifications. With the update
cycles (and system tasks) not synchronized... the can actually be
working with slightly different compliment of observable satellites.
Throw in the fact that two antennas don't have exactly the same
apertures and the effects of human shielding and folks experience
what you are experiencing.
