On some of the older versions of Delorme Street Atlas I was able to to
that by setting a Start point, waypoints at each of the other
destinations, and a stop point at the most distant destination. Street
Atlas 7, and later 9, would then calculate a route that included every
waypoint. And you could calculate shortest or fastest routes.

But it could do some silly things like backtracking and was often not
exactly the way I would actually go based on my knowledge of traffic
flow in the area involved (the San Francisco Bay area). But it was
generally handy as a check list of where I was going next and helpful as
I closed in on the destinations.

I'm not using SA any more but a routing program that lets you plan and
store routes before departure and set multiple waypoints along a route
to a destination should be able to do this for you.

Some of the newer handheld navigation packages need to be checked out
carefully before you buy them. For example, the Dell Navigation package
offered with the Axim series PDAs will only allow you to set a single
waypoint on a route and that can only be done after the route has
generated and been activated. Very limiting to me.
