Tom, the LED on the iQue should have been lit while in the car cradle.
It sounds as though the power plug wasn't working, or the connector
wasn't pushed in far enough.
Also don't have the iQue in the cradle when starting the engine, that
can cause reset problems if the power connection isn't regulated. I
can in my Ford Ranger, but not in hubby's Toyota Tacoma (the power is
always on to my Ford, but not in his Toyota)
And as another poster noted, hopefully you properly charged the unit
indoors when you did the initial setup.
