UK speed camera database

On this morning's Radio 4 news program they mentioned that there was a
proposed law (Road Safety Bill) that if passed by 2006 would outlaw an
'electronic gadget' capable of warning the driver about speed
traps/safety cameras. Although the news item suggested that it was
primarily aimed at use of radar detectors the wording used by the
presenter of 'electronic gadget' would also include the use any GPS
navigation equipment that allowed warnings from any safety camera
database.
