Any of the Garmin eTrex line would work well and meet your requirments, and
you can buy a bike mount. I've used my eTrex Summit on a mountain bike for
several years. If you have a PC with a serial port, the eTrex Legend will
work well and has WAAS (useful only on the right and left coasts with a
clear view of the sky.) If you don't have a serial port, spend a bit more
for the eTrex Legend C or eTrex Vista C. All of the trails on my web site
were mapped with Garmin eTrex receivers.
You might also consider a Garmin Forerunner, that mounts on an armband.
