Hello.
In Spain radar detectors were forbidden a year ago, more or less, but
now they can be found in almost any electronics shop. It is forbidden to
use it, not to have it at home :)
I have never heard about any problems with GPS. In any case, I'm not
sure if there is a database of waypoints with radar locations for Spain.
Some newspapers publish the radar location of fixed stations
periodically, but here in Spain, mobile (or even moving) stations are
very common.
