Apparently there are two different people on their website contradicting
one another. I'm not going to argue about it, all I know is I inquired
if they listed ghost towns on their site and received an email saying if
it said historical after it, it could be a ghost town.

It looks to me like someone is playing with words, the rest of the quote
read "So, a ghost town is not historical, only abandoned". What the hell
is a ghost town if it's not an abandoned? If you want to argue, argue
with them.
