I am suggesting that they take ALL forms of RF emission greater than
that coming from a GPS as least as seriously.

This is MORE safety conscious than these airlines are being currently.
Why should they be bullied into unsafe decisions because of lobbying
by business travelers with laptops and cell phones?

It is an easily verified fact that a laptop, especially one with a
WiFi or other wireless connection, or that a cell phone, will emit
vastly more RF than even the worst GPS receiver. Would you agree?

The airlines are unwilling to stop this potential source of disaster.
Why?
