With 'Scratch-Plot' the points can be plotted as UTM coordinates and then
there can be additional layout from the plotted points...such as boundary
calls or building dimensions. Also, a scale can be set up so that the figure
covers the entire screen area of the application. And a plotted number can
be edited in the plot text file to produce a note on the plot.
A scale bar ? Just make your own with the CAD-style layout features of
'Scratch-Plot'. And 'Scratch-Plot' has its own file format but the format is
in text form which can be read and understood by file developers.
