Replacing it with a new Summit wouldn't gain you anything.

Presumably it would get you WAAS, a better tracklog, and any other improvements that are in the 3.xx hardware/firmware but not in the 2.xx models. But I agree I wouldn't change units just for that.

Oh, yes. I certainly had no intention of replacing my old one with a newer model. Were I in the market for a change, I'd be looking at a more significant improvement.
