The card thing was a big piss off for me before I bought the unit. I
ended up getting garmins 128 MB card which holds all the maps I need
.... the card costs maybe $40 more than a same size CF .. after shelling
out the money for the 276 its a small addition ...

IMO the reason why they didnt implement CF is that when the 276 came
out CF wasnot as popular as it is now ... also CF is much bigger as
gamrins cards.

Although annoying the memory issue isnt as bad as it sounds ...
