Well, ESTB is a test (in computer lingo: a beta) version of EGNOS, which is
to be fully deployed and operational in some half year time. Probably it is
why it is called ESTB - EGNOS System Test Bed.
I think we can call it EGNOS with no problems in everyday communication,
still, however it is called, my Vista C (Mediteranian area of Europe) GPS
says precizion is +-1 meter (yesterday and today) so, it is good :) Signal
from SAT ID 33 remains hollow, but the precision is here. But, I can not get
it all the time (OK, I have been driving through the city mostly and it
takes several minutes to get differntial data started).
