Re: Streets & Trips - no USB GPS support help

The serial to USB converter should work. I have a weather station with
only a serial output hooked up to a laptop which also has no external
serial ports. I picked up a converter, and the software which comes
with it creates a "virtual" serial port to the computer. You can verify
this by looking at the hardware manager. You will see a new com port
there once you connect the converter once the software is installed
correctly. The converter was very inexpensive.

Good luck!
