Maha C401FS Battery Charger Company Testimonial

Recahrgable batteries frequently come up in this new group, so I
thought I'd tell you about my good experience with POWREX.

I bought their MH-C401FS AA/AAA charger last December. It died this
morning.

I was unhappy with my previous charge (which will go unnamed), and in
discussions on this news groups, came to the conclusion that the 401
was the charger I wanted and bought it. Used it for 7 months and was
extremely satisfied with it. When it died, went on-line to their web
page and got their toll-free number and called it. The guy who
answered ran me through a quick trouble-shooting, and said: "Yes, your
unit died. We'll have a new unit in the mail as soon as possible.
What is your address and phone number?"

This is a REAL unsolicited testimonial. I believe a company that puts
out a quality product and then stands behind it should be recognized.
