I think you are referring to the coordinates in black numbers painted
around the edges of the map. They are (abbreviated) UTM coordinates, and
usually are referred to the European 1950 Datum (International 1924
Hayford Ellipsoid).

So for your Garmin, choose "European 1950" as datum, and UPS/UTM as the
coordinate system. But better go to http://sigpac.mapa.es/fega/visor/,
locate the area over the map, and double check your findings. Coordinates
in the web application are UTM referred to European 1950 datum.

Using the above URL I have just located the town of Torla (Huesca, Aragón)
on the map, and its UTM coordinates (datum European 1950) are:
30 736890 4723750

Quite the same as the ones you have (7.37 easting, in hundreds of
kilometers, and 47.24 northing, in hundreds of kilometers).
