At least you north americans have a local, toll-free number to call to,
even if you have to wait for someone for a couple of minutes. Holding on
the line for several minutes on an international call at peak hour, using
your non-native language and trying to get some random RMA to send your
broken device several thousand miles away hoping it will be repaired is
not nice by my standards ;-)
