GPS Diary web site

Hi,

I'm looking for a kind of GPS diary web site
where I could register and upload my own waypoints
when I'm having time outdoor i.e. hikinngi, and
the website generates my points on raster map (may be
satellite photo), and then my friends could
track my location day by day.

Is there any similar web site on the Internet?
