13. Removed real-time tracking from MapSource. Use nRoute for PC real-time
tracking applications.

This feature was actually quite often used by BlueChart users that have
laptops and Garmin units on boats. nRoute's default settings are used best
on road navigation and does not work well (or at all) on BlueChart (or at
least it does not seem to work well).
