traffic jams occur in crowded areas, but there are still many places in
Europe, between your starting point A, and your destination B without any
risk of jams. You can use the basemaps for these areas, a majority in fact
of the areas in the country where I live, and you can allways download
chunks of detailed maps where you suspect there could be traffic jams.
