I played with a 2720 at Best Buy for a while. My main experience is
my Garmin 276C.

I was dissapointed with the screen redraw rate when 2D map detail
was set to maximum (where I run my 276C).

My 276C is always subsecond on redraws when panning -- the
2720 was variable, but sometimes took several seconds.

I also didn't like the lack of map detail at the 1.2 mile zoom level.
On my 276C at 1.2 mile scale, it shows full map detail.

On the 2720 at 1.2 mile (even with map detail on max) it doesn't
show full detail. You must zoom in to either 0.8 or 0.5 mile to
see full detail. Is there some other config option for this?

After playing with the 2720 for about 15 min it locked up and
auto rebooted. Maybe a software glitch?
