v7 has campgrounds -- just do a Find on Lodging/Campgrounds
(in either GPS or Mapsource on your PC) and you'll see them.

It may have fewer campgrounds than past versions, but the
statement it has "no campgrounds" is not correct.

The hospital list does seem drastically incomplete in some
geographic areas. That's a possible safety of life issue --
Garmin should have taken that responsibility more
seriously. I am disappointed about that.
