What did you expect GPSGate to do? It splits the serial port at the device, your pda or laptop, so that it can feed two programs. It cannot support two computers except via a Lan. The Bluetooth protocol hooks the GPS to only one computer at a time. The GPSgate on the other computer would never even see the device but if it had a wireless lan. You might be able to hook the PDA to the laptop via another program that would take the output of GPSGate on the laptop and retransmit it via a second Bluetooth serial connection between the laptop and the PDA. Perhaps you should contact the GPSGate folks. Since they have solved the wireless LAN problem perhaps they can also add Bluetooth support. (Actually a simple check of their web site indicates that they are working on Bluetooth support.)

I am trying to run 2 programs on 2 different PC's. One is Route 66 on a notebook and the other running TomTom 5.1 on a Pocket PC but only using one Bluetooth GPS ?
I have installed a registered version of Franzons GPSGate but to no prevail.
Anyone that could shed a light on this ?
