Joe, there is a line of thinking which says you should not depend on GPS in a life threatening situation. Batteries die, electonics fail and even satellites can have outages due to solar events.


Good roadmap, showing hospitals and such, is always good to have on board :-)

OTOH -- I'm always encouraged that I can find a daycare center near my home in the CityNav Maps. My kids are all fully grown -- but I may find a wanderer someday and need that info -- NOT!
