Not in the protocol, but it does exist in BT modules.

But but but.....:
for instance, a uBlox GPS module, which features a standard serial port with
NMEA output, can be reprogrammed to whatever you want to put inside it, just
buy the development kit. Further, a standard serial->Bluetooth module from
Ezurio, for instance, offers multiple connections at the same time, all
using the Serial Profile. All that is needed from the connected serial GPS
module is that NMEA sentences are packed in a simple packet protocol to the
BT module. So, it is perfectly feasible that some manufacturer took fairly
standard components, added some custom code, et voilà, there you have a GPS
receiver that offers simultaneous connections to multiple devices, using
standard BT Serial Profile.
