Routable road go into Road draw files (*.an1), which you can treat just like
a normal draw file in that you name them whatever you want. These are only
for routable roads, and when you look at the files in the app, they will
have a red card next to them.

The RoadEdits.tbl contains just that, road edits that you do (ie. setting no
ways, one ways, no left/right turn, etc.) You can move this file from year
to year so you don't loose what you've done, but you need to check them,
just as you would routable road files. As road edits aren't easy to find, I
highly suggest folks create a Road Edits draw file, and use it to put
mapnotes where you've done edits. Same with routable road, do a draw layer
and mark them so you know where they are. If you don't, you will wish you
had later;>)
