Re: Question about DeLorme Street Atlas 2005

Hi Dan,

I bought the 2006 package yesterday and entered in a route last night. I
entered it by addresses manually. It did seem to optimize the route by miles
(or it can be done by time also) I used the 'insert' between the origin and
destination addresses, but then after I saved it and looked at it again
today, there is no 'tag' for the addresses on my stops. The tag just says
something like 'route stop' and then gives the name of the route.
Maybe there is something I am missing?

I couldn't find anything in the help file about loading a bunch of waypoints
in except with the gps. In my topo gps usa, I can export the waypoints or
track log to the clipboard and then copy them into a database or
spread***. I can go back and forth that way from spread*** to program,
then to gps. I can't seem to do that with street atlas 6. It seems like the
only thing they let you do is print out the map, or print out the route,
save the map (without address tags), or save the route as a text file. I
don't know if there's something I am doing wrong, or if maybe I just haven't
used it enough yet.

any suggestions are appreciated. I have the cd version, not the dvd.
