On my Motorola A835, which may be similar, switch on AGPS service from
Settings: Phone Status. There is no requirement for extra hardware. The AGPS
service needs a 3G phone network to provide much of the software and data.
The online A925 handbook at
http://www.three.co.uk/handsets/handsetuserguidesEarlier.omp may help. The
service from the UK 3G network called 'Three' is described under Browser:
Quick Map etc. There is also a link to download the manufacturer's handbook.
As a user of a 'normal' GPS receiver, I have not found the AGPS service
useful.
