It is, but unless I'm mistaken, Topo! will convert the symbol used for
all waypoints to the same, small dot. MapSource will (mostly) retain
any special symbols he had assigned in the receiver. (Sometimes the
symbols available in MapSource don't exactly correspond with those in
the receiver, and those get converted to something else.) If he cares
about that, he might want to repeat the process with MapSource.
