If you get two radio's they will work with each other. It may be illegal to
operate on the US FRS radio frequencies in Singapore. You should be able to
download the user manuals of the radios and they will tell you what
frequency each channel transmits on.
The FRS radios are really low power so do not transmit far. What channel you
set the radios to will dictate what frequency you transmit on. If one of
these frequencies is allocated to the emergency services or military I would
not use them.
