No restrictions for on topic text posts. There is no moderator or censor.
I can see 5 posts from you in the last 2 days. If you are not seeing the same it's probably due the poor service from your ISP and/or news-server from which you are posting. Try setting your software to re-fetch articles from the news-server for the last few days.
You can check that your posts have been distributed by checking the news archives at
