I don't believe you should need Trip & Waypoint Manager if you have
City Navigator. At least its not needed with City Select.

Or, you may want to just review the actual registry entries. They can
be found and corrected if needed at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Garmin\MapSource\Families\ in the Windows
Registry.

You could also try installing the most current Mapsource update
downloaded from the Garmin website.
