Yes, but I believe the only way is to have it calculate a route between
the two points. To do this with a starting point other than your
current location you can put the SP III into 'demo' mode with the GPS
radio circuits turned off. Then press Menu and one option is to select
a new location. Now choose one of the two towns. Finally have the unit
determine a route from there to the other town.
