DeLorme SA2004 SP2? Garmin USB

I have Delorme SA 2004.
Now I have a Garmin GPSMap 60cs.

In looking at Delorme support, I see some patches for SA2004 for their own
USB devices, but not Garmin. I also see mention that you don't need those
updates if you have Service Pack 2.

I think that is a badly edited page that is actually referring to
SA2005-SP2, because I can't find any SA2004-sp2.

Is there a service pack 2 for SA2004?
Does SA2044 support Garmin USB?

I don't want to buy a serial cable just to support an obsolete product.
I already have the USB cable.

I don't want to buy SA2006, when I should buy CitySelect instead.

(I can hear obi-wan whispering something about letting go.)
