T-Mobile MDA PRO and Garmin GPS10

Rercently we receive numerous complaints from customers who has T-mobile MDA
PRO mobile phones with WM 5.0 OS and Garmin GPS 10 Bluetooth.
They cannot force Garmin QUE application to "see" Garmin GPS 10 Bluetooth
device, and they cannot use Garmin maps and navigation.
I saw that some other GPS app cannot works with WM 5 PDA, is the WM 5.0 the
problem?
