A few cameras do, but, you are going to have to pay a bit more than a bit more. At present they are a highly specialised market and extremely expensive. Here's one example

I've heard of other ones as well, but, at present the cheapest, most convenient way for most users is a separate camera and GPS.
It just seems like something that would have a considerable market niche. Many people use their cameras during trips of various kinds, and a good GPS enabled camera would make documenting the pictures a pleasure, rather than a chore which it is with individual devices. Given that outside an antenna, everything needed for a GPS is already in a digital camera, combining these two devices seems to make economic sense to me.
