Off-Road GPS?

I've noticed a lot of nice color screen GPS systems for routing people
around cities but need one to go on the handlebars of my dirtbike. I need
backwoods roads and topographic coverage. I would like shaded relief topo
display. I can power the unit of 12 volts from the dirtbike. Do any
manufacturers make such a unit?
