Agreed, although the issue is with the GPSMap60C & CS models, not the
'x' versions. But Garmin's compatibility chart gives no warning of
limitations with the former either.
That was a typo - I actually meant "60CS"
Does the UK have the equivalent of what's called a "Class Action" suit
in the US?
I don't think we do. However the "Small Claims Court" is a court specially
set up in the UK to deal with small compensation issues - particularly
consumer complaint cases - with the minimum of legal input and at low cost
so you know what you are risking when you embark on a claim and can't wind
up being taken to the cleaners by big-guns brought in by a large company.
