City Navigator Problem!!!! help please!!!!

Just trying to install city navigator on my pc again, but it doesnt want to
install! saying that a previous installation is still on there and it cant
install!! (there are also other errors associated with Mapsource and the
registry!)

one question- where is it? I have removed it, cleaned the cache etc etc, and
still it says its there!! maybe I need to clear some entries out of the
registry or something!

help!!!!
