Mapsource 6.11.1 issue - I think

I updated Mapsource to 6.11.1 the other day. I think there may be a bug. Now, when I up/download to the 76CS, the 76CS doesn't shut off when it is finished with the up/download. And, the "Turn off GPS after each transfer" box is checked. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Or, has something simply gotten reset that I don't know about?
