Yes. Just input waypoints with zero latitude and the longitude of the
satellites you're interested in
Astra 2 0 deg Lat, 28 degrees East Lon
Hotbird 0 deg Lat 13 degrees East Lon
The GPS should give you the bearing to the satellite directly if you set it
as the destination. You don't get elevation directly but you can calculate
it from the GPS distance to destination.
Surely the GPS will give you a Great Circle bearing to the sub-satellite
point that you have entered, this will not be the same as a direct line to
the satellite.
