Not if you can't see the sodding geostationary satellite! When the SBAS
satellite has an altitude of only about 30 degrees and a receiver rejects
differential corrections just a few seconds following signal loss then
under realistic conditions of terrestrial use I would suggest that SBAS
will be totally useless for the majority of the time.
I have not found that to be the case from 42N 93W.
Looks a bit flat around your parts. Rather more topography around 52N 2W -
not to mention 10 degrees further north. Not really worth leaving "WAAS"
enabled - even when there is a decent EGNOS signal.
