'Sort of' .. in the old days the 76's had more memory than the 60s and it was fixed (built in). These days it's a microSD card, so the first thing most folks are going to do is to bin the one that comes with the unit and buy a BIG (1Gigabyte or 2GB) microSD card, which can take enough maps to make the unit useful in a car.
I'd put that down as a plus for the 60 series - you'll be binning a smaller/cheaper card if it only comes with 64MB. The card mounting mechanism is (apparently) saner in the 76, you really wouldn't want to put cards in/out of the 60 series very often, especially out in the field. However the swinger for most people is the form factor (where the buttons are vs the screen, and the overall unit size).
