magellan 600 or the garmin vista cx

Having trouble deciding between these two.
I will mainly be using it for the proximity alarms.
I really like the file system on the magellan.
I know the magellan doesnt have proximity alarms per se,
but it does have arrival alarms for arriving at a leg of
a multilegged route.
the only thing that bothers me, (just a little) is when you
do get an alarm, you have to push a button to clear it.
Not sure how the vista handles alarms.
But I know the vista has a huge following and is a good unit
any thoughts ??
