coordinates of points on BLM property is USA

I have many "Surface Management Status" BLM maps, for the western USA.
These maps are scale of 1:100,000
On these maps, BLM property is shown in yellow. Much of the BLM land
is in sort of a "checkerboard" pattern, being alternated with private
property, etc.
I have looked for a website........to no avail........... What I
want is to be able to see maps showing various regions, with the BLM
property clearly defined. I want to be able to put my cursor on these
BLM properties, and to have geographic coordinates shown, of wherever
it is that my cursor is placed. I often visit BLM property, and want
to be able to make sure that I don't accidentally stray onto private
land. I currently use 7 1/2 minute topo maps, BLM maps, and compass,
etc......but I feel that also being able to include the use of my GPS
would be of great value.
Can anyone help me out with a URL?
