Any ultra high precision GPS or similar device?

Hi guys,
Don't know if this is the group for this question:
Is there any ultra high precision locationing system? Such as, as
accurate as 1-2 cm.
I heard GPS can only locate to the accuracy of about a dozen meters.
With some advanced math calculation, it can do about 1 meter. But not
to 1-2cm.
Any idea?
Thanks.
