The FCC initiated action against manufacturers and resellers of some
GPS re-radiating antenna systems in early 2005 so the fallout has
already occured.
I have heard that the FCC is starting to go after manufacturers and
purchasers of reradiating antennas. They indicate that these are
transmitters and are not authorized to transmit in this frequency.
