MapSource has an Unlock Wizard which you can use to unlock both the primary
and additional unit.

As noted elsewhere in the thread, if the DVD that came with your new unit is
in NT format, you need to check whether the NT format will work on you other
unit.

Since you've already unlocked the map, and assuming your new DVD is NT, but
not compatible with your older unit, you can probably order a non-NT update,
install it on your PC and unlock it for your second unlock. This is a disk
space eater because you'll have both versions resident in your PC.

Or you might be prepared for a fairly long telephone wait by calling Garmin
tech support. I've not had much success by emailing tech support, but they
really do work with you if you can afford the telephone wait. A speaker phone
can be a real plus. :>)
