Not at all. The position of the satellites is quite well known. So it would be a simple job to turn on or off some SA-like functionality at the correct time.

But the area one antanna might illuminate would be maybe 1/6 or 1/8 of the globe, so that would be quite an area. I guess it's not a good solution.
