The problem is finding software to create the dgps corrections at the
base station. Creating corrections isn't difficult if you know about
Kalman filters and stuff like that. Unfortunately, I'm in the
category of those who don't.

Experimental Results by Jin Xin-Xiang. (November 1996)
The book is out of print, so you will have to contact the author to
get a copy.
